Terms of Payment: Retail prices are suggested and therefore remain undefined. Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are 10 day net unless otherwise pre-arranged. Freight: All freight is FOB our dock and will be pre-paid and invoiced on a separate invoice when we receive the charges Return of Product: A request for return of product must be obtained from our office prior to returning any product. Any returns not authorized will not be accepted. Any items being returned will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Warranty: Ergonimic Lighting Systems, Ind. warraties lamps for 12 months from date of purchase. Electronic ballasts are warrented for 5 years. All other components are warranted for 15 years from any defects in workmanship. Claims: All shipping claims must be made with the carrier. Ergonomic Lighting Systems will assist in filing your claim. Specifications: It is our desire to continually bring you the most up to date and energy efficient products available.
